Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and we’re happy to show our card on request. Any business or individual working on gas appliances legally must be on the Gas Safe Register.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
For standard bookings, no. You get a free, no-obligation quote and we agree the price before any work starts. Emergency call-outs are charged at a clear rate which we’ll tell you when you call, so there are no surprises.
How quickly can you come out in an emergency?
For genuine emergencies (burst pipes, major leaks, no heating or hot water) we aim to get to you the same day, and often within a couple of hours depending on where you are and how busy we are. Call us and we’ll be straight with you about timings.
Will you give me a price before starting?
Always. We provide a free written quote for planned work and confirm the cost before we begin, so you know exactly what you’re paying. No work goes ahead without your say-so.
